Schematic's patented ASSP system provides a safe, efficient, and precise method for automatic reactor sampling in pressurised vessel environments. Engineered to mount onto the flange of the reactor dip pipe, the ASSP simplifies sampling processes while ensuring operational safety.

During operation, the dip pipe ball valve is opened, and the operator activates the ASSP™. The system initiates an automatic nitrogen (N₂) purge, clearing stagnant process media from within the dip pipe. Once purging is complete, process media from the vessel rises into the dip pipe, where it collects in the system's PTFE ball. The PTFE ball then automatically rotates to dispense the media into the collection pot. This cycle continues until the desired sample volume is achieved.

After the sampling process, nitrogen is purged again to flush out any remaining liquid in the dip pipe. The operator then closes the dip pipe ball valve and retrieves the sample for further processing.
